Quadia strengthens its team and welcomes two new Board Members

Quadia is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Board members, Valérie Dujardin and Simon Nebel, who bring significant expertise and know-how in the field of asset management and impact investing to Quadia. At the same time, Guillaume Taylor, Quadia’s Founder has taken on the chairmanship of our Board of Directors. We would like to take the opportunity to thank our two departing Board members, Cheryl Hicks and Co-Founder Eric Archambeau for their strong commitment and long service.

 

 

Valérie Dujardin

 

Valérie Dujardin has more than 20 years of experience in impact investing and more specifically in the management of private assets. Her experience ranges from assessing investment opportunities, structuring and managing impact alternative funds, managing private and public investor relationships, to leading investment processes and teams. Valérie started her career in 1999 with the French Development Financial Institution PROPARCO. In 2006, she joined Symbiotics, a Swiss impact asset management company where she held several managerial positions. Valérie currently sits on the board and investment committee of several impact asset management companies, renewable energy ventures and impact investment funds.

Simon Nebel

 

Over the past 20 years, Simon Nebel was involved in four Private Equity vehicles in healthcare and renewable energy as Managing Partner at Aravis, with combined assets in excess of USD 300M. These funds invested in over 25 companies of which 13 either became public companies or were acquired. In 2016, Simon founded Viopas Venture Consulting where he is Managing Partner. Simon has extensive experience as Board of Directors from public & private companies. He currently holds several Board positions in international companies and investment vehicles.

Quadia is also pleased to announce the further strengthening of its investment team with the addition of Eric Sebellin as Head of Investments for the Regenero Impact Fund (RIF). With the recent closing of RIF’s investment period, and based on its track-record of €46m capital invested into 19 companies promoting the transition to a Regenerative Economy, including 2 successful exits realized to date, we are currently structuring a successor fund.

 

Eric brings 30 years of diverse experience in the industry, his expertise in sustainability and successful track record as former Managing Director of Air Liquide’s venture fund, Alliad. Finally, we are pleased to announce the addition of Audrey Pichard as Product & Investor Relations Specialist, a key function as we raise funds for our successor fund. Audrey has over 15 years’ experience in the fund industry, including with the discretionary management and fund advisory teams at Indosuez Wealth Management, as well as with Pictet Asset Management as a Product Manager and Market Intelligence Analyst.
