Valérie Dujardin

Valerie Dujardin has more than 20 years of experience in impact investing and more specifically in the management of private assets. Her experience ranges from assessing investment opportunities, structuring and managing impact alternative funds, managing private and public investor relationships, to leading investment processes and teams. Valerie started her career in 1999 with the French Development Financial Institution PROPARCO based out of Johannesburg, Harare and Paris analysing investment funds and financial institutions in emerging and frontier markets.
In 2006, she joined Symbiotics, a Swiss impact asset management company focusing on financial inclusion in emerging markets where she held several managerial positions including head of business development and head of portfolio management and advisory team.
Valerie launched in 2020 her independent consulting activity and currently sits on the board and investment committee of impact asset management companies, renewable energy ventures and impact investment funds. She also works with the Luxemburg based International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA), acting as a coach to emerging impact fund managers for the successful launch of their impact ventures focusing on climate resilience and mitigation strategies.
Valerie holds a Bachelor in Commerce from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Masters in International Relations from Sorbonne university (Paris, France).
