Mathilde joined Quadia in 2019. As Senior Finance & Administration Manager she oversees Quadia’s financial operations as well as risk & compliance functions, ensuring efficient administrative processes. Based on her experiences in finance and the NGO field, Mathilde has developed a holistic perspective on business approaches that prioritize long-term value creation while effectively managing economic, environmental, and social risks.

Before joining Quadia, Mathilde worked as financial auditor at Mazars, developing expertise in financial analysis and reporting. She also worked with the Trash Free Seas® Program at Ocean Conservancy, a nonprofit organization committed to preserving the ocean’s health by identifying science-based solutions to tackle marine debris.

Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Green Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Energy from Bocconi University. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Hospitality School of Lausanne, with a major in Finance.
