Julie brings over 15 years’ experience investing and scaling disruptive ventures in climate tech and impact investment. She has originated and screened hundreds of start-ups in both Europe and North America while investing in many at varying maturity levels ranging from early to public stages.

 

Across numerous experiences including Air Liquide Ventures (ALIAD), Liberset and Suttona Capital, Julie invested in a broad spectrum of sectors from climate tech, impact, Industry 4.0, A.I as well as tech-enabled consumer brands.

 

Julie’s most notable exits include Waga Energy (Euronext IPO in 2021), Proxem (acquired by Dassault Systemes in 2020), PlugPower (Nasdaq transaction), K18 (acquired by Unilever in 2024), the RealReal (Nasdaq IPO in 2019) and ClassPass (acquired by Mindbody in 2021).

 

Previously Julie led the Data Science team of Air Liquide R&D for the Americas. Julie began her career in project finance focusing on public private partnerships in the transport sector, first with Dexia Astris Finance and later at the Meridiam Infrastructure Fund.
