Astrid joined Quadia as an Investment Associate in 2025, bringing significant experience from having worked in both Private Equity and Private Debt in Paris and London, notably at Ardian, MML Capital, and Eurazeo. She began her career at Kartesia as an Investment Analyst, where she worked on various transactions involving French SMEs. Her investments spanned the entire capital structure, from unitranche debt financing to majority equity stakes, enabling her to develop strong expertise in investment analysis and due diligence. She was also actively involved in portfolio monitoring, further deepening her understanding of the investment cycle. More recently, she worked at Matricis.ai, a deep-tech healthcare startup, where she focused on capital raising.

Over the past few years, Astrid’s growing interest in sustainable finance and impact investing have led her to obtain the AMF certification in sustainable finance and complete a program on business sustainability transformation at Les Mines Paris – PSL.

Astrid graduated from EDHEC Business School’s Grande Ecole Programme with a double degree Master in Management / MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking.
