Andreas Ruesch brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the banking industry.

As Deputy CEO of Basler Kantonalbank, he was responsible for the private clients division as well as group-wide functions including advisory services, product management, and digitalization. Previously, he held various senior roles at UBS, where he played a key role in shaping the development of wealth management.

Today, he advises financial institutions as a Senior Consultant with 22nd and AK Consulting, focusing on strategic transformation in the areas of sales and operational excellence. He has deep expertise in advisory services and client-centric approaches.

Andreas holds a federal diploma as a Certified Expert in Banking and Finance, and is a graduate of the Swiss Board School and the Advanced Executive Program at the Swiss Finance Institute. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Quadia since 2025.
