Poiscaille offers “sea baskets”, just like the fruit and vegetable baskets, directly from the producers. The company has federated a network of small fishermen respecting its sustainable fishing criteria: boats of less than 12 meters, with a maximum of 3 sailors on board working only with soft techniques: line, straight net, trap, diving or fishing on foot.
