Josep joined Quadia in 2016 and has ten years experience in corporate finance, sustainability, venture capital and private equity. As Senior Investment Manager, he leads and manages investments across all of Quadia’s main focus sectors, including sustainable food, clean energy and mobility, as well as circular economy, with a specific focus on sustainable electronics.

Prior to joining Quadia, Josep served as a Business Controller at Groupe Danone, working for Danone’s water subsidiary in Spain. He also worked as an external consultant for the Spanish water treatment company Derypol. Josep gained valuable experience in the sustainability sector as Business Developer at CO2-Monitor, a Swiss-based environmental services company specialized in sustainability awareness services to corporates and international organizations. Josep co-founded Next Generation Finance in Geneva, an initiative to promote sustainable finance among young professionals.

Josep graduated from ESADE with an MSc in Finance and the CEMS Master in International Management joint program with the University of St. Gallen. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, where he also completed an Exchange Program at Emory University in Atlanta.
